Tottenham chief scout Steve Hitchen attended Borussia Dortmund's match against Monaco to take a look at Christian Pulisic, according to the Daily Mail.

The U.S. international came on as a second-half substitute for BVB, who lost to the Ligue 1 side 3-2 in the Champions League quarter-final first leg.

Pulisic, 18, had been linked to Liverpool before signing a contract extension to remain in Dortmund through 2020.
