Liam Hemsworth got down on one knee and asked Miley Cyrus to marry him at the tender age of 22 (Miley, on the other hand, was just 19), and even though they've seen a bit of a rocky road in their relationship, he doesn't regret the engagement for one second.
The now-26-year-old chatted with anAustralian News Corp about his new film, Independence Day: Resurgence, and didn't hold back when it came to defending his decision to get engaged at a young age.
Asked whether it was an "impetuous" act, Liam responded firmly, "I don't think that was impulsive. That was a well thought-out idea."
This is proven true by the fact that the pair have worked out their problems and seem to find themselves in a good place once again.
