Celebrities who apparently hate Beyonce

Beyonce may have millions of fans around the world, but she also has her fair share of haters. From iconic singers to presidential hopefuls, check out some folks who have openly trashed Beyonce in public.

Singer Kid Rock got in big trouble with Beyonce's fans, known colloquially as the Beyhive, after he trashed the singer's music in a 2015 interview with Rolling Stone. "Beyonce, to me, doesn't have a f****** 'Purple Rain,' but she's the biggest thing on Earth," he told the magazine. "How can you be that big without at least one 'Sweet Home Alabama' or 'Old Time Rock & Roll'?" Beyonce's fans responded by swarming Kid Rock's Instagram account with thousands upon thousands of bumble bee emoticons. The swarm eventually got so bad, Kid Rock was forced to retaliate by posting a picture of the insect-killer, Raid. We're pretty sure he'll never trash Beyonce again.

Rudolph Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, took major issue with Beyonce's 2016 Super Bowl Halftime Show performance of her new single, "Formation," which drew references from the Black Panthers, Malcolm X, and the Black Lives Matter movement. "This is football, not Hollywood," Giuliani told Fox & Friends after the performance aired. "I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers who are the people who protect her and protect us, and keep us alive." Giuliani went on to argue that the Super Bowl is for Middle America and that the NFL should be providing "decent, wholesome entertainment" to that audience and not political messages. Giuliani's criticisms of Beyonce naturally got some bad reviews of their own. Included on the list: Beyonce's former Destiny's Child group member, Kelly Rowland, who said in an interview with US Weekly that "Giuliani should just shut up."
