House of Rep. member slumps and dies in Abuja Today

A member of the House of Representatives, representing Ifako Ijaiye Constituency of Lagos State, Hon. Elijah Adewale slumped and died this morning in his Abuja residence.

Adewale had yesterday attended the caucus meeting of the House of Representatives before his sudden death. He was 65 years old.

Born in 1951, Adewale was a former Special Adviser on Education during former Governor Babatunde Fashola administration.

The cause of his death is not yet known.
