Arsenal have reportedly rejected an enquiry from Juventus regarding the availability of Alexis Sanchez.
The 27-year-old forward has been the subject of much speculation over the course of the last year, with the Serie A club one of his several potential suitors.
Juventus have now seen an approach for Sanchez rebuffed and Arsene Wenger, the Arsenal manager, remains insistent that the player will not be sold.
Sanchez has two years remaining on the contract he signed upon his arrival at the Emirates, from Barcelona for £35million in 2014.
The Chilean international is yet to agree an extension to those terms and at times appeared frustrated with life at the Emirates during the course of the last campaign.
Sanchez reportedly stormed out after being substituted in the 84th minute of Arsenal’s 1-0 home win over Norwich City in May.
