MAN UTD TO FINALIZE POGBA DEAL THIS WEEK

Manchester United will look to finalize a world record E110 million transfer of Paul Pogba from Juventus this week.
Talks are at a critical stage after Pogba's agent Mino Raiola flew to Miami to meet with his client and discuss the finer details.
On Saturday, Juventus agreed to pay Napoli E78m for striker Gonzalo Higuain and there is a general acceptance from the Italans that, if United agree to paythe 20 percent bonus due to Raiola and Pogba, which represents an additional E18.4m, they will allow the 23-year-old to return to Old Trafford.
The eye-watering figures have drawn criticism from former United favourite Paul Scholes who says Pogba simply isn't worth the money. 'For that sort of money, you want someone who is going to score 50 goals a season like Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi. Pogba is nowhere worth that kind of money yet,'said Scholes.
Speaking to Sport Witness, he referred to United's opening offer of E86m adding; 'Okay, he has gone on to great things. I think certainly there has been a lot of improvement. He needed to improve if he is going to be a player worth E86m.
