Lindelof left out of Benfica squad amid Manchester United speculation

Victor Lindelof has been left out of Benfica's squad for the clash against FC Pacos de Ferreira amid ongoing speculation surrounding a move to Manchester United.

The defender had been widely tipped to move to Old Trafford when the transfer window reopens in January and his agent has admitted Benfica have received formal bids for the 22-year-old.

However, more recent reports have suggested Jose Mourinho's men have lost interest in Lindelof due to the current form of Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo in central defence.
