The former Brazil international is expected to
complete his transfer to the Chinese Super League after the clubs agreed
the terms of his sale.
Goal understands that the Serie A giants have concluded negotiations with the Chinese Super League club and that the player will undergo a medical before finalising a two-year contract with Hebei.
The Brazilian will join Ezequiel Lavezzi, Stephane Mbia, and former Arsenal attacker Gervinho at the Qinhuangdao Olympic Sports Center Stadium.
Hebei are managed by ex-Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, who was appointed in August as they finished seventh in the Chinese Super League.
